Practical PIKOBUY questions, answered from public terms

Reviewed 18 September 2026. Platform policies, routes, fees and destination requirements can change; check the live order or parcel page before paying.

Is this the official PIKOBUY website?

No. This is an independent research guide for product discovery. It does not create PIKOBUY accounts, take payment, approve QC, submit parcels or provide shipping service.

What does PIKOBUY’s public buying flow say?

Its beginner guide describes selecting an item, searching by a product link or keywords, choosing specifications and paying for the order, warehouse inspection, parcel submission and international-shipping payment, then tracking after shipment.

What happens when an item reaches the warehouse?

PIKOBUY says the warehouse process includes check-in, photo confirmation and a defect check. Its home page also says items are inspected and repacked on arrival. Review the evidence as soon as the status changes instead of treating a warehouse arrival as automatic approval.

Do QC photos guarantee that an item is perfect or authentic?

No. Photos can help confirm the received variation and visible condition in the captured view. They cannot prove every hidden detail, material claim, measurement or future condition during international transit.

Is there usually a five-day return window after QC?

PIKOBUY’s public returns page calls this a 5-Day Return Guarantee. It says requests can be made within five days after the status becomes In Warehouse, counted from the next hour; five days equal 120 hours. Eligibility still depends on the seller, item condition and product category.

Which items qualify for the five-day return service?

The published terms say the seller must offer the guarantee, the item must meet the seller’s resale condition and it must have been in the warehouse no more than five days. This is not a universal return right.

Which products may be excluded from returns?

The published examples include customised goods, second-hand products, some intimate apparel, food and products whose packaging, labels or accessories were removed at the user’s request. Some categories also have special sealing or condition requirements.

Who pays when returning an item?

For an unconditional return, the published fee is return shipping to the seller, the seller’s original shipping fee and RMB 5 service fee. The terms say responsibility can differ when the seller shipped the wrong item or a verified quality issue exists. Confirm the current order page before acting.

Does PIKOBUY publish one universal warehouse-storage period?

The public pages reviewed for this guide say received goods are photographed and stored, but do not state a universal free-storage length. Check the live account, order page or parcel form for the rule applying to your order.

When is international shipping paid?

The beginner guide says the buyer chooses a shipping route, submits the parcel and pays the international shipping fee after the warehouse stage. The first product payment is therefore not the final international freight payment.

Why should I consider both actual weight and dimensions?

PIKOBUY’s shipping-estimate page asks for weight plus length, width and height, while its guide says billing methods differ by route. Use both physical weight and packed size for planning; the route shown at parcel submission is the current source for the payable quote.

Can I rely on another buyer’s shipping price?

No. Destination, product type, packed dimensions, physical weight, packing choices and the available route can change a quote. Use a past price only as a rough comparison, not as a commitment.

When should tracking appear?

PIKOBUY’s beginner guide says tracking information will be available within three days after shipment and notes that international shipping takes longer. That is a tracking-availability statement, not a delivery-date promise.

What does PIKOBUY say about customs and transit risk?

Its shipping terms say parcels are carried by third-party logistics providers and list customs policies, confiscation, damage, loss and peak-season delays among cross-border risks. Check destination rules and use accurate, lawful declaration information.

What evidence should I save for an after-sales question?

Keep the seller listing, exact selected option, order status, in-warehouse time, inspection photos, relevant photo requests, parcel number and dated tracking events. A specific record supports a clearer question than a generic complaint.
